Maxine and Brian Ruggles are a father and daughter team who work at the heart of Spotlight Entertainment. Over the last two years they have built up the agency and now represent many artists of varying types.
Maxine is a professional singer and is well known in the south-east. Maxine has supported and performed with many famous artists, like the Four-Tops, Bucks-Fizz and Stan Boardman she has also performed with John Summers. She has also sang at various celebrity parties.		Brian previously worked in the shop-fitting industry at a high management level where he ran his own company, he now applies that business acumin to agency business, where he has managed to increase there business profile. Brian spends alot of time meeting new bands and new venues ensuring that the quality of artists, that Spotlight represents, is kept at a high-level.
